UNICEL LIMITED WARRANTY FOR THE UNITED STATES

Unicel warrants that its filter cartridges and grids (“Products”) will be free from manufacturing defects for the useful life of the product. Because Unicel cannot control the quality of products sold by unauthorized sellers, this warranty applies only to Products that were purchased from Unicel or a Unicel authorized seller in the United States, unless otherwise prohibited by law. Unicel reserves the right to reject warranty claims for Products purchased from unauthorized sellers, including unauthorized Internet sites. This warranty does not cover any defects due to normal wear and tear, damage due to misuse, alteration to the product, or negligence. This warranty is limited to the original, end-user purchaser in the United States.

Unicel will replace a defective Product that is covered by this warranty. Purchasers of Products who wish to make a warranty claim based upon a Product defect should contact us at orders@unicelfilters.com or call us at 800-345-6650 ext. 123 and have information available regarding where and when you purchased your product. You may also be asked to provide proof of purchase, submit photos of your product or its packaging, mail your product to Unicel, or provide other information to assist Unicel in processing your request. Please note that you are responsible for all costs, including any shipping cost, labor, installation, or any other losses or expenses incurred in operation or installation.

There are no warranties which extend beyond those stated herein. ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES THAT MAY BE APPLICABLE TO PRODUCTS, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ARE LIMITED IN DURATION TO THE DURATION OF THIS WARRANTY.UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES SHALL UNICEL BE LIABLE FOR ANY SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES BASED UPON BREACH OF THIS LIMITED WARRANTY, BREACH OF CONTRACT, TORT, OR STRICT LIABILITY. Some States do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, or the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitations or exclusions may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from State to State.
